TRANS INTRO

Introducer sheath

OVERVIEW

Sheaths are intended to be inserted percutaneously into a vessel to facilitate the entire interventional procedure.

Product Features:

  • rotating suture collar that facilitates greater procedural flexibility. It stays in place better and allows more patient movement.
  • kink-resistant cannula design integrating a soft, flexible inner layer with a stiffer outer layer for improved bendability and support. It is also less prone to kinking, cost-effective and reliable.
  • Atraumatic tip transitions for both the sheath and the vessel dilator are uniquely tapered. This results in smooth insertions and may cause less damage upon entry.
  • Unique cross-cut valve which maintains uncompromised hemostasis to avoid bleeding & air aspiration.
  • Smooth sheath-to-dilator transition and optimally tapered dilator enable to reduce penetration resistance.
  • Extremely thin radiopaque wall with anti-kinking sleeve for excellent catheter handling.
  • Dilator internal tip diameter equals to mini guidewire external diameter.
